Shipping

Your order can only be modified unless it is shipped already. In order to do that please send an email to info@doublejersey.com or contact us using our Contact form. 

Address changes can only be made if your order is not yet packed and shipped. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible and send the following information to verify your account:

  • Order #
  • Registered First and Last Name
  • Registered Address
  • Registered Phone #

Same day deliveries are not available. Our company is offering standard delivery which takes between 2-3 days.

Double Jersey is offering delivery to all of the EU countries.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges in 30 days period from the delivery date.

NOTE:

  • All sale items are final and cannot be returned.
  • Customers are required to return the product in its original packaging.

To initiate the return process for your online order, please make sure to read our return policy and follow the instructions.

At this point, we do, unfortunately, not provide any prepaid return labels nor any free returns for our customer.

We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal.
